Cristina is an excellent stager and a social media wizard. Her pictures and video with music found the buyer. The buyer stated that the photography made her want to see more. She stated these were the best video's she has ever seen. Cristina's job was to get people in the house and then the house sold itself. She accomplished all of that. Very informative on staging and the Open House with ice cream truck. Real Estate is a numbers endeavor. Need lots of expose to find the RIGHT buyer. She targeted her advertisement and didn't spare any expense to accomplish the sale. Cristina has the pulse of the market at all times. Many years of experience really lets her know how the market and buyers are reacting and shifts accordingly. The days of placing a listing in the RMLS and hope SOMEONE sells it is over. Sellers need to find a media genius to sell their property in the shortest amount of time and point out the value to the buyers. We found Cristina at an Open House of another property while ours was listed with another agent. We invited her to preview our property in case she came across a buyer for this property. We extended that offer to several agents at different Open House but she was the only one who came to preview. This showed us she was willing to work hard and think outside of the box. Her creativity and love for real estate shows daily. She is an amazing agent. We would recommend her to anyone who is serious about buying or selling. She communicated and kept us informed of the market, and any changes and ask if we had any concerns. She did not put the sign in the yard and disappear. Cristina is a great negotiator. That is important when the offer comes in and the buyer and seller have different objectives. A win -win objective is usually the best outcome.
