However, when Felix started to work with the sellers agent, he noticed a little hiccups along the way. It did not stopped Felix from making this purchase happen. Felix and his team worked day and night to get us in our dream home. Felix was able to close escrow in less than 14-days. Our offer was submitted October 6th, Escrow closed October 19th, 2022.
