Joseph is a great project manager. He and Michelle lay out the plan to get the house in order. We get by the HOUR updates on the various projects. He presented various bids, give in depth recommendations, and execute the work. No time is wasted. He and Michelle made the transaction seamlessly. There will be issues, but these guys will be on top of them!
