Bill follows through on all contractual tasks politely and on time. Understanding the limited service agency concept is important for the owner hiring his team as we, the owners, have chosen to take on a lot of responsibilities to save money. Thankfully if you find yourself overwhelmed or lacking time to fulfill the time sensitive responses to buyers or escrow, he offers a very competitive flat service package to take over the tasks and advise you they the offer to closing process. I chose to handle myself, but if a work project had popped up when it got busy with offers and negotiations, I was prepared to hire him to wrap up the sale so I could go work where I would make far more than I was saving do things myself. All work by Bill was completely correctly and on time.

It was very difficult and hard process to find the right agent to help us sale our parents’ home. We narrowed down our search and decided to interview several agents, we thought had great success and well established reputation in our desired area of Victorville. It was not an easy decision but we decided to list our home with Stacy. Stacy proved to us that she is not only experienced and knowledgeable agent that was able to help us navigate through several difficulties, but also hardworking and so responsive at all times. When things got hard she worked harder and remained optimistic and supportive. In addition to her great professionalism she is also very kind and compassionate as a person. She helped and supported us through one very emotionally difficult period in so many ways. Our family can not be more happy with service Stacy provided and we would like to recommend her to anyone who is looking to either buy or sale. She is amazing! Thank you Stacy for everything and God bless you!
