I am a big time DIYer, and with all the great real estate apps available, I thought that I could handle most of the home buying process myself. After a long time of doing it myself, and coming up short, I began to work with Pam Tushak from Big Block Realty. After working with Pam a short while, I realized what I was missing out on quite a bit by not having a qualified local agent's help. Not only was Pam able to find properties before they were listed, but she had intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods I was shopping in. Pam really took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for and was extremely helpful every step of the process. I would highly recommend Pam to any serious buyers or sellers as I had a great experience. I was able to buy my dream home in an extremely competitive environment with her help and guidance.

I had an incredible experience working with David. He quickly helped me identify potential homes within my budget and arranged visits for me. He skillfully negotiated and closed the deal. Throughout the entire process, he was always available and responded to my questions and updates at lightning speed. The longest I had to wait for a response was about five minutes when he was with another client. When the time comes for me to move, sell, or buy again, I will definitely return to him for assistance.

On a 5-Star scale, Jessica Nguyen deserves at least 10. She definitely exceeded our expectations in the sale of our home. Our total trust in her was well-founded when she recommended updating our 37-year old home, resulting in a significantly more successful sale. Since we live out of state, she professionally organized, managed, and monitored the entire project for us. When the house was ready for viewing, she scheduled over 50 showings in three days, resulting in over 20 excellent offers. She researched the financial viability of the top tier to ensure we would have several back-up offers if needed. She recommended zero contingencies and we successfully and smoothly closed in 21 days. Along every step of the way Jessica was committed and passionate about doing her very best for us. Her professionalism, communication and negotiation skills, personal integrity and off-the-charts work ethic are simply outstanding. And to put a cherry on top of it all, she was perfectly delightful to work with. We will definitely rely upon Jessica for ALL of our future real estate transactions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jessica and are confident one could not choose a more professional, results-oriented real estate agent.
