My husband and I were SO fortunate to connect with Rachael when we were selling our first home. LET ME TELL YOU. She went above and absolutely BEYOND. 10 stars would be an understatement. We moved out of the country while our home was on the market. We kept having roofing/deck leak issues; amidst COVID-19, Rachael and her team were at the house for every appointment. She had her handyman come repair blinds, had multiple bids on outdoor furniture to be staged (her contacts were FABULOUS), coordinated the movers + shippers to pack up our home (it was a BIG MOVE.), went to our storage unit, shipped us packages we were still receiving, had the carpet + couches cleaned in the nick of time (again, during COVID-19!) took out the garbage cans & brought them back in and that’s not even HALF of the work her and her team did for us. Her photographer + videographer were ALSO AMAZING & I will cherish the photos they captured for her listing of our first home, forever. She was in constant communication with us regarding all of the moving parts that encompassed moving + selling + packing and everything in between. We truly cannot imagine working with anyone else, nor would we ever want too. Her and her teams level of professionalism goes above and beyond and the bar she has set, is unprecedented. Jeff is an amazing agent. He went above and beyond for selling our cando in Hillcrest, including hiring a professional photographer, printing the pictures in high quality slides ( no one really does that any more!) , and setting 2 other people besides himself for showing the house for each house tour. Highly recommended!

We noticed Diana was selling a lot of properties in our neighborhood, so we decided to meet with her. She was professional, knowledgeable, and real. We knew right away that she was the right person to list our house with. From the beginning to the end, she was on top of everything. She listened to all of our needs and concerns, and stuck to what we agreed to. She works incredibly hard for you. Once we were in escrow, she was basically doing the job for the buyer's agent as well, since that person was dealing with a family matter. She was constantly coordinating and pushing someone along to keep the escrow moving. I can't say enough about what a phenomenal job she did for us. I truly appreciate everything she did for us. If you're buying or selling, I would highly recommend giving her a call.
