We knew right away that she was the right person to list our house with. From the beginning to the end, she was on top of everything. She listened to all of our needs and concerns, and stuck to what we agreed to. She works incredibly hard for you. Once we were in escrow, she was basically doing the job for the buyer's agent as well, since that person was dealing with a family matter. She was constantly coordinating and pushing someone along to keep the escrow moving. I can't say enough about what a phenomenal job she did for us. I truly appreciate everything she did for us. Diana was the absolute best! I don't think we could have picked a more competent and knowledgeable agent. Not only was she kind and considerate but she was AVAILABLE. If we needed to contact her, she answered the phone and had the answers. If we contacted her via email or text she got back almost instantly.
