I can say a lot of great things about Vienna as an agent but the one thing that sticks out the most when it comes to my experience with her is how much she paid attention to the things we didn’t say. Anyone knows to ask a buyer what kinds of things they are looking for but really focusing on them when looking at homes and listening to them discuss the pros/cons of each home can say so much more. When we were shopping for our home we spent time in each home doing a cursory walk through but the bulk of our time was always spent in the yard. After a few houses Vienna noticed this and said “You guys didn’t mention that the backyard was really important. I know you wanted one because of your dogs but you spend more time in the yard than you do in the home whenever we visit a house. It seems like the yard is actually really important, do you two spend a lot of time outside?” We hadn’t even realized it ourselves and never would have thought to tell her that outdoor living space was crucial to us but we didn’t have to because she REALLY listened to us and figured it out for us. I would 100% use her again!

Mackenzie helped me purchase my first home and she was patient and knowledgeable as she walked me along through the process. She went above and beyond as an agent in ensuring that I was making a good decision that would benefit me in the long run. After closing, she’s remained in touch to ensure that I am, in fact, still thrilled with my purchase. She even assisted me when I had experienced some minor electrical issues by connecting me with a list of technicians that could come take a look at the problem. I would gladly work with her again and recommend her to others often.

I'm not typically inclined to provide reviews, but when an exceptional service has been provided I feel it is a shame not to share the experience. Mindi, was absolutely engaged in our interests as a buyer new to the San Diego market. She was attentive to our needs and continually provided opportunities that she strongly felt were within our parameters. Her understanding of our needs and desires were without a doubt her driving motivation. Ultimately her primary interests in what was best for us and what suited our family best, delivered a home that we couldn't have achieved without her assistance. Mindi connected us to a home that was perfect for our family. Mindi and Trish are amazing and I would highly recommend any buyer to contact them.
