She's very professionally driven and works around the clock, much of which I think stems from loving what she does. She's very honest and solicits her professional opinion, which makes her a reliable asset since I relied on her for most of the negotiations with sellers and mortgage lenders. It was easy to communicate with her if I didn't share her opinion. She really did everything to assist us with the purchase of our home and I'm glad to have been able to work with her. As far as professional knowledge, especially where the VA benefits are concerned, it could always be improved upon, but that's to be said for all of us, and if she didn't know something, she would research it herself and get back to us right away. I am rating Emmeline based on my entire experience with her and I would recommend her to other veterans because she is committed to the satisfaction of her clients and is exceptional at her job. Because of her, I found the house that I love.
