We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Amy Mosely throughout the sale of our home. As first-time sellers, we had a lot of questions and were unsure what to expect, but Amy made the entire process feel manageable from day one. Her experience and expertise were evident from our very first meeting. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process, ensuring we understood what to expect and what actions we needed to take along the way. She provided excellent advice on how to prepare our condo for listing photos and helped us understand what buyers are looking for in today's market. Thanks to her guidance, our home showed beautifully and sold incredibly quickly. We received an offer just two days after our open house. Throughout the transaction, Amy was knowledgeable, responsive, and a steady source of support whenever questions or unexpected issues arose. No matter what came up, she was always available to provide guidance and help us navigate the next steps with confidence. Amy and Brittany make an outstanding team, and we truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, and dedication. We are so grateful for their support during such an important milestone and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in Orange County. Thank you, Amy and Brittany, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

I’ve been working with Amy Mosley for many years, and she has consistently been exceptional. She has sold two properties for me, helped my family secure a rental when we returned from an international assignment, and most recently helped us purchase our new home in Lake Forest. Amy and her team are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. She listens closely to what you need and want, communicates clearly, negotiates extremely well, and has a great network of contractors, inspectors, and other professionals to help evaluate a property and address concerns quickly. What impresses me most is how hard Amy works to keep everything moving. With our most recent purchase, we went from the first day of searching to moving into our new home in just under five weeks. I can’t recommend Amy highly enough to anyone buying or selling a home in Orange County.

Amy is very professional, excellent negotiation skills and the best in Orange County she has strong market knowledge, and excellent experience. A couple days ago, Amy helped us to buy a house in Lake Forest, California. We are so happy to have had her help in order to make it possible. We highly recommend Amy Mosley.
