Christina (Tina) Courtney was absolutely fabulous to work with on our first home purchase. My husband and I had gone through the process for purchasing a mobile home previously, however this was our first time purchasing a stick-built house. There are a number of differences in the processes and regulations that Tina was well versed in navigating, and in those few areas she did not have the answer she was very up front about it and had contacts available to find out the answer. I appreciated that she was interesting mainly in our personal reactions to the homes themselves and not how good the property matched our metrics or check-lists. She was never pushy and allowed us to take the lead in the process with a guiding hand and helpful information. I am a glutton for information and was so pleased when I could chat with her about the overall process to best gauge our progress through the endeavor. We ended up finding the perfect home for my husband and I, that included a second unit for my parents to move into when they are ready. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home, land for a manufactured/modular home, or land for future construction. These were our main areas of interest and she was on point for all of them.

Carri helped me sell a condo that had to go thru a Probate process. A lot of small hurdles we had to go thru before the sale was final and Carri did not shy away from doing what was needed!
