Raini has helped us both buy and sell our home and we were extremely impressed by her as an agent and a person. When buying our house, she listened carefully and quickly learned our interests and narrowed down our search. What really helped us with our process was her honesty and her wonderful reputation in North County with several of the agents. She learned after one phone call the status of homes, other offers on the table, and then guided us so honestly and fairly as to a successful price to offer. She always treated us with such professionalism and compassion, and acted based on our wishes at all times. She also watched our children and played in many backyards with them as we viewed the homes. She helped us find and purchase (for a great price) our lovely home. She is still known as "Aunty Raini" in our house. When selling our home, she was available day and night for several weeks to show our home, have long open houses, and just talk to us several times throughout a given day with updates and truthful, positive words of encouragement. She sold our home for what we wanted price-wise and the terms we asked for in a time when many homes were sitting for months. She was at every showing, every inspection, and even would pop over to explain different steps in the process we were unclear of. She has become a friend through this process, and we feel so lucky we worked with her. We recommend her to everyone we know and will definitely be working with her when we buy our next home!

My parents who are in their late eighties needed to sell their senior community home after a sudden move to Assisted Living. Bryan was recommended to us by a lovely Senior Advisor and we were so very lucky. Bryan and his staff were caring, considerate, and extremely supportive throughout the process. They clearly knew the market well and the nuances of getting to closing. Bryan recommended a contractor to do some sprucing up of the property and provided a packing service company to assist with cleaning out my parent’s home and getting everything ready for the move. As the sale dragged on due to some unforeseen circumstances, Bryan made sure our buyer would hang in there. In the end, working with Bryan and his team was a wonderful experience and I would be happy to use his services again when needed. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Bryan and Gina took all the stress out of the sale of my home,bringing in a contractor to handle all repairs in a professional and timely manner. They had my home staged and photographed to attract buyers. I now live on the east coast and even with the 3 hour time difference the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend Bryan and Gina for your real estate needs.

They helped with the preparation of the home for sale, including staging, had a very thorough marketing plan that included higher visibility on the real estate websites, and provided excellent guidance throughout the process.
