Martina Mckinney

If you don’t know already, buying a home (especially in this market) is quite a roller coaster ride. I can’t recommend Martina enough! From her knowledge of the market, to her negotiation skills, to her attention to detail, we knew we were in great hands. We spent quite a bit of time with her going to showings, and thoroughly enjoyed being around her. She is honest, yet positive, and probably the most patient person I’ve met. My husband and I didn’t always agree, and she navigated that with grace, and always helped me see the bigger picture that the right house for both of us would find us and work out. I’m so glad I trusted her through the process because we probably would have given up hope. And SHE DID IT! We are now in the most amazing house that is perfect for our family and can grow in for many years! It was worth all the heartache. She was ALWAYS available to answer our million questions, for last minute showings, and to ease our stress when going through escrow. I’m so impressed with her understanding of contracts and am so glad we had her to guide us! I will be referring her to everyone I know, and will definitely be using her in the future if we ever decide to sell.
