She is an excellent negotiator and truly understands the current market trends. She never made me feel like I was a bother and always promptly answered all my calls or texts. She has a good eye and would let me know when a place just was not right for me but ultimately let me consider my own options. She helped me find handymen, contractors and painters for my new home and for the one I am selling. Shannon is someone you want on your side when navigating the stressful path of home buying or selling. She took the time to understand what I wanted in a new home and helped me find the right one for me.
