Tarven is AMAZING! Choosing a realtor is a huge decision, and one which deserves careful consideration. We initially liked (and chose) Tarven due to the strategic approach he took to selling our house. There is a science to the buying and selling of homes, just as there is with most any large investment/transaction. Tarven understands this science, and approaches it in a methodical and professional manner. For my wife and I, selling our home was in fact the most significant transaction which we have engaged in, so we wanted to make sure that we felt comfortable with our choice of realtors. In the end, we could not have been happier! Tarven is a true fiduciary. He possesses the qualities which make a proficient realtor. He understands the process very well. He has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He does well at providing advice while maintaining a supportive attitude. Selling a house can be stressful at times, though Tarven has a calm and cool demeanor which makes him very easy to talk to. We developed a professional trust with Tarven, and I never doubted his motives. While I know for a fact that we were not his only client, you would never know that from talking or interacting with him, because he always made us feel like we were #1. Tarven sets the bar high in regards to real estate agents. Our only regret is that he won’t be able to assist us in the purchase of our next house given we are moving out of state. Though if he found his way to where we are moving to, we would not hesitate to hire him again as our agent.
