My significant other and I were first time homebuyers and David did a phenomenal job walking us through the home buying process. David is always honest with us about the state of the homes we saw to ensure we were comfortable with any decisions and ease any concerns we had. We are impressed how much knowledge he has when it comes to anything housing related whether it was about house renovations, propety maintenances, propety managements, the housing market, and many other subjects. David's professionalism is the best we have seen, and it shows through the people he works with. Him and his team are very responsive, prompt, and made the escrow process as smooth as it can be. In addition, any affiliates he recommended like home inspectors and brokers have shown the same professionalism as well. We can always count on David to be on top of everything and give great advice. We are thankful to have met an amazing realtor and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Raini has helped us both buy and sell our home and we were extremely impressed by her as an agent and a person. Trevor exceeded our expectations in so many ways! He explained things thoroughly and never tired of our (many!) questions. He listened to us and coached us through some of the hard-on-the-blood-pressure parts of this process. We knew we were in good hands as Trevor's understanding of the market is excellent.
