We are impressed how much knowledge he has when it comes to anything housing related whether it was about house renovations, propety maintenances, propety managements, the housing market, and many other subjects. David's professionalism is the best we have seen, and it shows through the people he works with. Him and his team are very responsive, prompt, and made the escrow process as smooth as it can be. In addition, any affiliates he recommended like home inspectors and brokers have shown the same professionalism as well. We can always count on David to be on top of everything and give great advice. He made accommodations to make things work such as showing properties to us using video calling technology like FaceTime and we had meetings via Zoom and phone conversation. When I flew into California to see the home in person, he picked me up from the airport and took me to the property. He always had our best interests in mind during the every step of the way. He is extremely experienced in this market and was able to advise what comprised a competitive offer and always ensured we had a seat at the table in every deal.
