When I decided to sell my condo I had owned at Park Villas North for 40 yrs, I didn’t know who to turn to. I wanted someone who knew the property well and could convey the benefits to prospective buyers. Knowing Maria was also a homeowner there, I took a chance with her. When my wife & I met Maria we were both impressed. My wife said “she’s the one” and boy was was she right. Maria is very professional with both buyers and sellers and a great communicator, everything she said she would do was done both timely and well executed. I was always able to reach her day or night, with no delays. She made me feel like I was her #1 priority; her sincerity and honesty is dependable from start to finish. She’s compassionate & strong which is something you want when you’re going through this roller coaster of a ride (in my case as a seller). She’s there to support you if things go sideways, like when my all cash buyer changed her mind a week into the deal. Maria helped me shake that loss off and find my enthusiasm & excitement I had lost. She said things usually work out for the better and within a week she found a new buyer for $30K over asking. Maria is also backed by a great team at Willis Allen. If things get complicated or additional opinions are warranted her team stands by her and you. I can’t thank Maria enough for what she did for me, I’d call her in a flash for my next real estate needs and I highly recommend her for yours.

She was very professional and knowledgeable, always responded to our text and email messages in a timely manner and always picked up the phone when we called. She made a complex process seem a lot easier.

Marie was on top of everything…communication was excellent, appointment’s we’re always ready..it didn’t take to much time to find a house…Marie does her job to the perfection..
