When I decided to sell my condo I had owned at Park Villas North for 40 yrs, I didn’t know who to turn to. Working with Maria was great! She's extremely responsive, patient, and thorough. As a first time homebuyer, I was nervous and had a lot of questions. Her patience and accessibility really put me at ease. I was impressed by how communicative and responsive she was. Most (if not all) of our emails to her were answered within the hour! I was very particular about working with someone who would be responsive, and she couldn't have done a better job. You won't feel like you're just one of many clients. Not only was she quick with us, the buyers -- but she was also quick on acting and getting our offers through; she was communicative with the other agent as well. Maria's also extremely thorough and professional. She never let a question or topic in an email go unanswered. I have worked with many people who gloss over talking points in a long email, but there wasn't a single email where she did that, saving a lot of back and forth. Maria also gave a lot of guidance to us regarding the market and the home buying process, without being too pushy one way or another on what/when to buy. I never got the sense that she was trying to rush into a sale for her own benefit. She was also well connected to people who might have answers to some of our questions regarding electrical, inspections, possible renovations, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Maria to anyone looking for a professional and responsive agent who will really take their time with you.

Maria was very professional and conscientious in representing my brothers and I in the sale of our recently-deceased mother's condo. She was very prompt in answering our questions, addressing our concerns, and resolving minor, escrow-related issues. She was also an excellent resource regarding painters, etc..
