We cannot recommend Pat Losurdo highly enough. He was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire process of preparing and selling our family home in Northridge. After my father-in-law passed away, Pat helped us navigate everything that needed to be done with the property. He connected us with someone to handle the estate sale and then helped coordinate and oversee the many renovations and repairs necessary to get the house ready for market. Since we live out of state, having someone local whom we could completely trust was incredibly important. Pat was thorough, responsive, honest, and dependable every step of the way. He went far beyond what we would normally expect from a realtor and treated the home and the entire process as though it were his own. He gave us candid advice, kept us informed, and personally made sure things got done properly. There is simply no way we could have managed everything from a distance without him. Most importantly, Pat is a person of genuine integrity. We always felt that he was honest with us and truly had our best interests at heart. Over the course of this experience, he became much more than our realtor—we now consider him part of our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything Pat did for us and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home in the Northridge area.

Cheryl put up with us dragging her all over Southern California to find the perfect home. She even had ent or of her normal “area” to help us. After putting an offer in on three homes, we finally landed the house we wanted. You won’t be disappointed in her skills and knowledge. If she doesn’t know something, she will find out…even when not her expertise. I recommend Cheryl..it was a fun experience
