We cannot recommend Pat Losurdo highly enough. He was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire process of preparing and selling our family home in Northridge. After my father-in-law passed away, Pat helped us navigate everything that needed to be done with the property. He connected us with someone to handle the estate sale and then helped coordinate and oversee the many renovations and repairs necessary to get the house ready for market. Since we live out of state, having someone local whom we could completely trust was incredibly important. Pat was thorough, responsive, honest, and dependable every step of the way. He went far beyond what we would normally expect from a realtor and treated the home and the entire process as though it were his own. He gave us candid advice, kept us informed, and personally made sure things got done properly. There is simply no way we could have managed everything from a distance without him. Most importantly, Pat is a person of genuine integrity. We always felt that he was honest with us and truly had our best interests at heart. I’ve known Pasquale (Pat)for 7 years. He helped me purchase my first condo and then recently helped me sell that condo and purchase a new home. First off, Pat is very personable and easy to work with. He always made me comfortable if I needed to call him with questions or concerns whether it be ways to prep my house for sale or what a specific document meant in the sales process. Pat is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and advocated for me throughout the process. He helped me negotiate concessions with the buyer and with the seller of the home I was buying which at the end saved me thousands of dollars. With my first purchase, we looked at half a dozen places together and I remember him coaching me toward the right homes/areas and away from properties, that looking back after owning a home, had way too many problems to be smart purchases.
