I’ve known Pasquale (Pat)for 7 years. He helped me purchase my first condo and then recently helped me sell that condo and purchase a new home. First off, Pat is very personable and easy to work with. He always made me comfortable if I needed to call him with questions or concerns whether it be ways to prep my house for sale or what a specific document meant in the sales process. Pat is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and advocated for me throughout the process. He helped me negotiate concessions with the buyer and with the seller of the home I was buying which at the end saved me thousands of dollars. With my first purchase, we looked at half a dozen places together and I remember him coaching me toward the right homes/areas and away from properties, that looking back after owning a home, had way too many problems to be smart purchases. He always (on almost a daily basis) kept us apprised of units available within our parameters and the status of the unit we finally had in escrow.
