My life partner Robert and I decided to sell our homes and move in together in the Summer of 2022; the worst time you could possibly pick. They’ve introduced us to the staging company Delicious Decors who absolutely transformed the place. I wished I lived like this! They priced the properly to attract the maximum attention in the minimal amount of time and closed the deal in 60 days getting multiple offers on the condo. Did I mention the property was listed at the end of November, the slowest time for real estate deals, with the interest rates in high 6-7%?! Live videos on social media, professional staging and photographs, amazing marketing materials, constant feedback and advise was our experience with them!
