Marisa is a great Realtor! My wife and I bought a 3 million dollar house with Marisa as our Realtor and then, turned around and sold our condo with Marisa as our Realtor. She helped us soooo much with every step of each process. Even when things got stressful, Marisa had calm, sound advice and information and really helped guide us to do everything right. Our condo needed some fixing up in order to get it ready to sell. She told us exactly what to do to get it ready and to get the best price possible. We basically did everything she said. It worked out great! She has a great eye and has great knowledge about what people are looking for in a new place to live. When we were her clients as buyer and seller, Marisa always fought for us. She had our backs on everything and never let anyone or any company take advantage of us. She got us great companies that did repairs and inspections. This is why we chose her again as our realtor when we wanted to sell our condo right after buying a new house. We knew that with Marisa, we are in great hands. She is also very up to date on new laws affecting real estate. She doesn’t ever drop the ball on any escrow that she’s involved in. Contingencies are met on time and she really does an excellent job to move the whole process along with no lapses in timing. My wife and I are done buying and selling for the moment. But, if we do get back into the real estate game, Marisa will be our first phone call.
