We were so thrilled to have worked with Jackie in helping us find the perfect home for us. When we had our initial call to discuss what we were looking for, she took the time to understand our needs and address what areas might be a good fit for us. We were moving into an area we were not very familiar with, so having Jackie be so knowledgable about the all of the various options was so helpful. She took the time to take all of our concerns and things like commute, schools, etc. into consideration. On the first day we went to see some homes, Jackie mapped out an entire afternoon to show us the lay of the land, and we really appreciated that she took us on a tour to help us get to know the different neighborhoods. We quickly found a home we loved on that first day, and when we let Jackie know that we didn't want to lose it, she used her excellent negotiation skills to make sure we won against multiple offers. We could not be happier... the home we got checked all of the boxes for us! Jackie is a go-getter and always very responsive. She has a positive attitude and is a joy to work with.
