Lorenza and team provided us with a level of service that far exceeded our expectations. They are knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and they genuinely care about their clients. If you are selling a home in the area I cannot imagine a better team to sell your home.
We had not sold a house before in a traditional way (our past home sale was a loan assumption) so we relied heavily on Lorenza and her expert team to hold our hands through the process. They were always knowledgeable and savvy, and reassured us whenever we were apprehensive about anything. They were also very quick to return our calls! We came away from the experience feeling we could not have done this without them. It's also our feeling that we've made lasting friends. We're already planning to meet Lorenza and Annalee for dinner when we're back in L.A. for a visit at the end of the year!
Lorenza and Annalee are the best realtors we have ever used. They worked hard on all aspects representing us as the seller. They were proactive, detailed, responsive and stayed involved all the way through close of escrow. Out of 7 homes we have bought/sold we never had a team work this hard and be so committed. They are simply an amazing team!! I wish we had found them years ago.
Lorenza has 1 property for sale and sold 11 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
