Due to an emergency health situation with my 99-year-old uncle and 82-year-old aunt, we had to move them to my hometown in another state. Deborah Kernahan and her business partner, Kay Fields, had visited with them for years, and my aunt was determined to use 'the girls who had always been so sincerely nice to her'. They literally told us to take what we wanted out of the home and walk away, and they would do the rest. What a weight was lifted!! Deb and Kay had to completely take charge of everything from the estate sale, repairs and maintenance, clean up and then selling the home. The long-distance communication was beyond our expectations, and they were extremely patient and knowledgeable when dealing with these senior sellers! They quickly got us an incredible price! The speed to market was very timely as the market shifted just a very short time after we sold. I never had any idea of just how knowledgeable a real estate agent has to be, not to mention how much stress and effort go into the complicated sale of a home. Deb and Kay gave me a totally new perspective of this profession! They will always have my utmost respect, and I will always remember and be grateful for their kindness and patience with my aunt and uncle and also myself! I never realized how much this experience would all be about trust.... I would, without hesitation, recommend these two wonderful people to anyone!!
