I cannot say enough great things about Ieva as a realtor. Trying to find a home was nothing short of difficult during a pandemic, from having to schedule all showings and not being able to have open houses to, to coordinating with other realtors, to writing offers to about 10 different houses and bidding wars, to being available at most any time of the day to answer questions and guide us in the first time home buying process. She found homes for us to go see that were in our budget and fit most of our checklist, and didn't waste our time showing us things that she knew that we wouldn't like. She got to know us as a couple and really guided us through all steps of the homebuying process. She was always available to help make things happen. She wanted to find us a home as much as we wanted to buy one.

With a " land-lease" attachment ( where the unit can be sold, but you rent the land) and an estranged spouse out of the country who was co-owner of the property. Though it all they remained professional and calm as I anxiously waited for documents to release the property for sale.
