I cannot say enough great things about Ieva as a realtor. Trying to find a home was nothing short of difficult during a pandemic, from having to schedule all showings and not being able to have open houses to, to coordinating with other realtors, to writing offers to about 10 different houses and bidding wars, to being available at most any time of the day to answer questions and guide us in the first time home buying process. She found homes for us to go see that were in our budget and fit most of our checklist, and didn't waste our time showing us things that she knew that we wouldn't like. She got to know us as a couple and really guided us through all steps of the homebuying process. She was always available to help make things happen. She wanted to find us a home as much as we wanted to buy one.

Ieva without a doubt, is the best! While me and my wife were in the search for our first home, we were unaware of many things out there. We had started with with little knowledge and Ieva took the time and energy to meet with us, explain things, show us houses, and be on our side though it all. Very happy to have found our first home with her! Closing was easier than we could have imagined with Ieva being there for us and making sure escrow and lender were all on the same page with each other.
