I recently had the pleasure of working with Ni Dai when looking for my home. Ni is an exceptional agent who has in-depth knowledge about the Pasadena and neighboring areas. From the beginning, she always promptly answered all my questions to the best of her ability or directed me to other outstanding professionals that were able to provide guidance in other areas of the buying process. All throughout the negotiations and closing Ni was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Not a professorial buyer or seller so my knowledge of realtors is very limited. I choose Teresa Piasky after attending a Apartment Association meeting and asking for recommendations. No clue if others could have made a better deal but can state she guided me through the entire process and sold the house. If I sell my business property or home because California politicians have finally succeeded in make living here impossible I would use Teresa Piasky. Hopefully that is a decision I will not be faced with in my lifetime.
