Teresa Piasky

Not a professorial buyer or seller so my knowledge of realtors is very limited. I choose Teresa Piasky after attending a Apartment Association meeting and asking for recommendations. No clue if others could have made a better deal but can state she guided me through the entire process and sold the house. If I sell my business property or home because California politicians have finally succeeded in make living here impossible I would use Teresa Piasky. Hopefully that is a decision I will not be faced with in my lifetime.

No need to go with anyone other than Terry. She was focused on my business and made me feel like I was her only client. Terry's professionalism, courtesy and interpersonal skills are stellar. Given the age and condition of my property, I was anticipating an extended, difficult sale but Terry got it done, seemingly, effortlessly in a very timely manner. Amazeballs, I say.

This is not an exaggeration of Terry’s service. For more than a year she showed genuine care and concern for my situation and when I was ready to sell, she worked miracles because of her deep market knowledge, extensive network that helped me with a tenant eviction, complete a full home rehab that helped me land an amazing offer that we closed in less than a month (even with legal hoops because of the eviction!) all while I was located in a different state. Terry is that one agent who I will always recommend to everyone. She is kind, astute, gets things done and advocates strongly for her clients. Truly believe that you can’t find a better agent than Terry!
