Best Real Estate Agent!!!! I had the most pleasant experience working with Sonia. I was nervous and unsure as this was my first property. But she made me feel at ease and made sure that I felt no pressure at all. I had already been house hunting for a year before working with Sonia. She listened to all my needs, and made sure she showed me listings that matched my needs and stayed within budget (which was very important for me). When I found my ideal home, she acted quickly and made sure we closed! She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail. She made sure to ask all the right questions at our viewing, was honest and showed great integrity. It was honestly like I was working with a friend rather that an agent because I could feel that she only wanted the best for me.I recommend her to anyone who is ready to find their home and have a great experience while doing it, she’s the best!

Seta took so much time to get to know mine and my husband's needs, she guided us and explained the entire process for our first time buying. We never felt taken advantage of, in fact, she went above and beyond. She found our dream home on literally the first week we contacted her. She was so on top of all the paperwork and very responsive with the selling agent in order to make the process as seamless as possible. Most of the number one complaint I hear from people is that their realtor is not responsive. Seta will not only respond, she will catch any areas of issues and avoid or solve them as quickly as possible. Thanks to Seta, we had not only had an easy experience, but a positive one. This is extremely hard to accomplish in such a saturated market here in LA. Andy was an incredible partner in our home buying experience. We had very specific likes and dislikes regarding the home we wanted to purchase including price, location and size. Andy was amazing- he did so much leg work so that our time looking at places was focused and productive. He actually found the place we bought before it went on the market which allowed us to jump in with an early offer. His insightful advice regarding the offer was key to our getting our home in what is such a competitive market. In addition, Andy’s knowledge of finance, mortgages and interest rates was invaluable. He guided us through what we heard could be a very stressful experience. He was always available and continued to help us after we closed on our new home. I cannot say enough good things about Andy. He’s a gem.
