Seta Postajian

Seta took so much time to get to know mine and my husband's needs, she guided us and explained the entire process for our first time buying. We never felt taken advantage of, in fact, she went above and beyond. She found our dream home on literally the first week we contacted her. She was so on top of all the paperwork and very responsive with the selling agent in order to make the process as seamless as possible. Most of the number one complaint I hear from people is that their realtor is not responsive. Seta will not only respond, she will catch any areas of issues and avoid or solve them as quickly as possible. Thanks to Seta, we had not only had an easy experience, but a positive one. This is extremely hard to accomplish in such a saturated market here in LA. If you'd like an efficient and sharp realtor, while also gaining a positive experience, your go to is Seta Postajian, any other realtor will fall very short compared to her. 5 stars is not enough. We are so lucky and looking forward to work with her again in the future!
