Andy was an incredible partner in our home buying experience. We had very specific likes and dislikes regarding the home we wanted to purchase including price, location and size. Andy was amazing- he did so much leg work so that our time looking at places was focused and productive. He actually found the place we bought before it went on the market which allowed us to jump in with an early offer. His insightful advice regarding the offer was key to our getting our home in what is such a competitive market. In addition, Andy’s knowledge of finance, mortgages and interest rates was invaluable. He guided us through what we heard could be a very stressful experience. He was always available and continued to help us after we closed on our new home. I cannot say enough good things about Andy. He’s a gem.

Selling the first home I ever bought (and during Covid nonetheless!) was an emotional experience, but Andy helped me through every step of the process. He flawlessly orchestrated the most beautiful staging and photography/videography (so much so that when I saw the photos I almost didn't want to move!). His creative background was incredibly helpful in that respect. His knowledge, integrity, negotiating skills, and incredible communication skills make it easy to see why he's such a wonderful agent. The fact that he is also a lovely person made the experience better than I could have ever asked for. Simply put: if you want stellar results whether you're buying or selling, work with Andy. He's exactly what you'd hope for in a realtor and more.

Andy was incredible throughout the entire process and was always so accomodating-especially with last-minute showings! We are so grateful to have worked with an agent who was so proactive, especially in such a competitive market. He gave us great advice along the way, which we needed as first-time home buyers. We ended up with the perfect house and for a great deal when at times it seemed impossible in this market. Most importantly, Andy made us feel confident in the decisions we made and we felt comfortable with the house because he knew what to look out for. The scariest thing is getting into a deal on a house with lots of hidden disasters, and with Andy, we felt confident that he was looking out for potential issues before they became a problem. He didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear, he was the best advocate for us every step of the way!

Andy is the reason I won the bid on my first home. Although he is a new agent, he has decades of experience of how to effectively build relationships and this is what convinced the seller to go with me instead of the rich investor I was bidding against, despite the fact that the selling agent also represented him as well (meaning she gave up 2.5% to go with me). His skills with people is evident outside of real estate illustrating how well rounded he is. In fact, he built two impressive organizations in the past: One interview series with celebrity Natalie Portman and one national cinema society with tens of thousands of members and counting. I know, it sounds fake, but the rumors are true. Andy is a really smart guy who is very good at everything he puts his time and energy into. And what is more, he is a good human. He genuinely cares about people and wants to help them find their dream home.

I highly recommend Andy for his ability to make a difficult process go smoothly. He’s well informed, resourceful, answered all questions thoroughly and quickly and he was kind and patient at all times. If I had ten houses to sell, I would want Andy to sell all ten.
