Seller of 805 Cloverview Drive, Glendora
He is very good and thorough. Goes the extra mile. He does treat the sale likes it’s his own. He even planted flowers to add extra pop and appeal to the house. The house was staged, listed and sold in a matter of days. I highly recommend him.

Buyer of 1332 Nutwood Avenue, Fullerton
In April 2022, Ivy helped us purchase our first single-family home in Fullerton, CA. In short, I really enjoyed working with Ivy, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home! Ivy is exceptional at working with first-time home buyers. We were first time home buyers, and knew little about the process. Thankfully, Ivy was incredibly helpful and was willing to explain every step of the process to us. In fact, the night that we decided to make an offer on our house, she -- without hesitation! -- hopped on a phone call with us and spent nearly two hours walking us through the offer process, how to move things forward, and offered advice based on her experiences in the field. Mind you, this was on a late Saturday night! To me, this shows that Ivy is truly dedicated to her clients, and is willing to go above and beyond to make great things happen. On the numbers side, Ivy did a great job with her comps, and we felt that our final purchase price was not only a fair price given the neighborhood and market conditions, but also a number that wasn't unexpected thanks to Ivy's research and guidance. Personality wise, Ivy is such a pleasure to work with. She is extremely friendly, patient, and was always willing to answer our many questions. Even when I texted or emailed at odd hours of the night, Ivy was always quick to respond and well-organized. One thing that I really liked about working with Ivy is that she was very knowledgeable regarding home renovations and development. When we went on our home showings, I often had many questions like: How much would it cost to renovate X? What kind of material is that flooring? Every time, Ivy had good answers that helped educate us tremendously. To me, this showcased her deep knowledge and experience in the field. Thus, I felt that I was in good hands working with Ivy.
