Janette helped me purchased my first home back in 2008 and I didn't hesitate to ask her again to help my wife and me sell our first home in 2022. She recommended a junk guy who could haul stuff away, and wrangled with my AC repair guy over pricing. She was there for my occasional freak-out moments (preparing to move people, pets and property thousands of miles away), and ordinary moments (“Janette, do you think this paint color will work?”), and helped me navigate technical requests from the eventual buyer. I listed my place immediately after moving to a new home in another state, but I never felt disconnected due to Janette’s excellent communication and hands-on approach. (She even watered the plants in the yard for me.) As soon as I vacated the unit, Janette set about staging the home and I’m convinced this figured significantly in the numerous offers I received within a week of listing the property, all of which were well above the listing price. Janette Ledea met every competency I’d have expected from an agent, which was absolutely essential in what was the biggest financial transaction of my life to date. But there was more to it.
