She will literally kick the crap out of the competition to get you the deal you deserve. If you are buying or selling, we wholeheartedly recommend Michele K. (If you find yourself on the other side of the negotiating table, just give up now and save yourself the humiliation of having her take out your realtor when she goes full Jersey girl.) All joking aside, Michele K did a terrific job for us. She has a deep understanding of the local market and was able to guide us through the sales process. She made recommendations for small improvements and even supervised the work. She has a wide network of vendors and was able to quickly and efficiently schedule all work including a final cleaning and amazing staging. Michele K gave outstanding advice on pricing and all the other small details of the negotiations. At the end, we had multiple above list offers after a single weekend of showing.
