Michele K managed the sale of our property with skill and professionalism. She is also fierce and feisty, working in her client's interests. All joking aside, Michele K did a terrific job for us. She has a deep understanding of the local market and was able to guide us through the sales process. She made recommendations for small improvements and even supervised the work. She has a wide network of vendors and was able to quickly and efficiently schedule all work including a final cleaning and amazing staging. Michele K gave outstanding advice on pricing and all the other small details of the negotiations. At the end, we had multiple above list offers after a single weekend of showing. The whole process from start to close of escrow was about 60 days! Michele K is an outstanding realtor (and drops by with yummy baked goods and treats through the process)! She really kept me focused and grounded throughout the process

Michele was amazing. She listed my house for me after I left the state so I was t around to handle any issues. She took care of all the small repairs for me and jumped on any little issues that popped up. All I had to do was respond to her texts and then everything was taken care of. She was spot on with the pricing of my house and it sold after the first open house for over asking price just like she said it would. We had multiple offers and she put together a big spreadsheet so I could compare everything easily. Cannot recommend Michele enough.

I put my trust in Michele to help me sell my house. I told her from the first day to put on her "kid gloves" because I was going to need some handling. I was going back and forth for two years trying to decide to sell or stay. Once we started talking, I knew selling would be best. Leaving my neighbors would be heart breaking, but knowing I had Michele to help me through everything, truly made ALL the difference. She is so kind and also a Super Star in selling houses. She helped me get my old house ready, letting me know what we needed to fix and what we didn't need to do. To just all out trust her, made things much easier for me. I wasn't alone, that was a comfort that I really needed. We had 2 open houses, a couple of showings and we got an offer that I accepted in 7 or 8 days. She used her wonderful reputation to help me find my new rental. Honestly, with her recommendation and good reference, I was a shoe in for the place I'm at now. I will always have a smile when I think of Michele. I am so grateful to have worked with her.😁

What could have been a nightmare of a closing was a great experience due to Michele. She held my hand through what could have been a turbulent experience with the buyers, their agent and the solar panel company.

We used Michele to help us buy a house in Long Beach relocating from Chicago. Obviously it was stressful as we couldn’t be out there a lot in person, but any house I was interested in Michele immediately went and walked through it. Her extensive knowledge of Long Beach neighborhoods allowed her to tell us yes or no on specific houses based on what we were looking for. I completely trust her judgement! When she did find something we would possibly like we would do a FaceTime walk through - even multiple times on a couple houses to extra check things out. When we did find a house we liked she went out of her way to answer all our questions, schedule an extra walk through, helped set up all inspections and was there for most if not all of them, went over all the findings and really helped us make the best choice on our house!
