I have worked with Greg twice so far. He is amazing. He had assisted us in relocating from Az to Ca. He knew exactly what to look for. He had everything mapped out for the day and was very knowledgeable and educational on the properties we looked at. This recent experience was selling of our house. He assisted us from start to finish and was very informative. He even took time out of his busy day to send me rental properties as well as scheduling and viewing these properties with me. Greg is my go to realtor and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to anyone one of my personal friends or family members looking to sell or buy property.

I would have thought that the condition of the property that I inherited would have scared anyone away. But Lynn was undaunted and enthusiastic and told me a story of a home (haunted house I guess would be a better description) that gave me total confidence in her ability to get the property sold. She scheduled an open house and found a buyer the first weekend and sold it “as is”. She was very communicative from start to finish and dealt with the long-time occupant which was a very emotional issue for me. She resolves challenges in such a calm and confident manner and I continue to consult with her on real estate matters. Lynn Lord is exceptional!
