Charlie is the best!

My wife and I found our dream home when we weren't really looking. My parents had worked with Charlie previously so we asked if she could give us a tour of a house that we found online. After touring the home, we immediately fell in love and put an offer in. After a few days of negotiating (and Charlie's persistence) the sellers accepted our offer! We set a 45 day escrow into place. What should've been a simple process became dangerously close to falling through when the bank our brokers selected kept delaying our closing documents. Fortunately, Charlie was able to work with the sellers' agents to calm them down (they were irate) to extend the escrow just long enough for us to secure an alternate loan. Charlie put up with my daily phone calls and assured my wife and I that everything would be okay. Even though the sellers weren't patient with us, Charlie was and she was able to help us close the deal on our new dream home. We are extremely grateful to have met Charlie and we will be working with her in the very near future to sell our previous home!
