Jay brought his lifelong experience in the South Bay Beach cities to help my sister and I sell our family home after our parents passing. He provided market information, advice , mechanical pitfalls to get ahead of that saved us money and prepared the property for inspection and new owners. Jay consistently went above and beyond to help as neither of us are in the area and I am in another state. He was our eyes, hands, and feet! He also knew how sensitive an experience it can be and was so empathetic throughout the process. He is a great guy, very professional , and kept us both informed of everything going on. We sold quickly, above asking , and we are hopeful the new owners will enjoy this property as our family did for 60 years.
