We chose to work with Young because she has a pleasant demeanor and didn't come off as strong as some of the other agents we encountered. She wasn't a pushy salesman, but came across as someone who enjoys their job and is knowledgeable. She was responsive, and listened to what we wanted. I would rate her a perfect 5 stars, except we had some communication issues with the buyers of our home and delays with the purchase of the new home. In fairness, I'm not positive if she had a hand in any of it, but it did make the process more stressful than it needed to be. But all in all Young was wonderful and I have already recommended her to a friend who is looking to purchase.

Vanessa is awesome. She makes the process easy and as painless as possible. She's always available to answer questions to put your mind at ease. And she reminds you of items you still may need to do.
