Young is kind and hardworking
We chose to work with Young because she has a pleasant demeanor and didn't come off as strong as some of the other agents we encountered. She wasn't a pushy salesman, but came across as someone who enjoys their job and is knowledgeable. She was responsive, and listened to what we wanted. I would rate her a perfect 5 stars, except we had some communication issues with the buyers of our home and delays with the purchase of the new home. In fairness, I'm not positive if she had a hand in any of it, but it did make the process more stressful than it needed to be. But all in all Young was wonderful and I have already recommended her to a friend who is looking to purchase.
