I studied Business Administration at San Diego State University and have accumulated over 35 years of business experience in construction, lending, law and real estate. I am a California Real Estate Broker and have been licensed since 2004. I have closed over 200 transactions totaling more than $100,000,000 in sales. In 2004 I was in the loan business looking for ways to attract new clients. I found a marketing program called the "Greed Stimulator System". It said (if you had a real estate license, which I did) to attract more loans, offer to share your real estate commission with people who did their loans through you. It was an epiphany, here I was living in the land of $700,000 houses that were flying off the shelf. Half the commission on a $700,000 house is still over $10,000 and since I didn’t work for a broker that took a big percentage of my commission, I could save my clients thousands of dollars and still make a good living. I believe my business model is The New Way To Buy And Sell Real Estate. The Internet has changed the way real estate is bought and sold. Today’s consumers have information at their fingertips. That saves us time and money and we pass those savings along to you with a Home Buyer Rebate. The typical Southern California Real Estate Buyer gets back between $5,000 to $10,000. Brad was an invaluable help to my wife and I who had no prior experience buying a house. A friend recommended his services and we had a great experience during the search, negotiation and closing phases. Brad gave us the benefit of his extensive real estate experience in the cities we were interested (Brea, Placentia, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills) and was not shy about giving his unvarnished opinion on the properties we saw.
