We decided to work with Todd because even though I am a licensed agent myself, I knew we needed someone supremely knowledgable to be in our corner to navigate the sale of our house and the purchase of another home (out of state), all while my wife and I transitioned jobs and took care of two young children at home. Needless to say, our high expectations were exceeded over and over throughout the process. Todd did a thorough analysis of not only our property but also of our personal needs & wants, which really helped us keep our eyes on the finish line throughout the process. Even though I’ve been through several transactions as an agent, I can definitely say that this was the smoothest real estate deal I’ve been a part of to date. Todd’s preparation, follow-through, and communication really made this feel seamless from start to finish. Todd encouraged us to be a part of the strategy process from start to finish. He would present thoroughly researched data along with possible choices and then educate us in making the decision. From staging, to pricing/marketing to deftly navigating multiple offers using some sort of negotiation wizardry I haven’t seen, Todd provided level-headed sound counsel and represented us as a true fiduciary. Todd helped us win; that’s why I would 10/10 work with him again and would introduce him to anyone important to me looking to make a move in the Greater Los Angeles area.
