We had the privilege of working with Todd Pearl as our broker/realtor for the sale of our home in North Torrance. We decided to work with Todd because even though I am a licensed agent myself, I knew we needed someone supremely knowledgable to be in our corner to navigate the sale of our house and the purchase of another home (out of state), all while my wife and I transitioned jobs and took care of two young children at home. Even though I’ve been through several transactions as an agent, I can definitely say that this was the smoothest real estate deal I’ve been a part of to date. Todd’s preparation, follow-through, and communication really made this feel seamless from start to finish. Todd encouraged us to be a part of the strategy process from start to finish. He would present thoroughly researched data along with possible choices and then educate us in making the decision. From staging, to pricing/marketing to deftly navigating multiple offers using some sort of negotiation wizardry I haven’t seen, Todd provided level-headed sound counsel and represented us as a true fiduciary. Todd helped us win; that’s why I would 10/10 work with him again and would introduce him to anyone important to me looking to make a move in the Greater Los Angeles area.

We learned of Eric from a friend and could tell from the first meeting that he was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. We enjoyed working with him through the entire selling process; in spite of our being 1000mi away from the property and out of the country during the bulk of the negotiations, Eric kept us appraised of updates, quickly and effectively set up showings and found us a buyer.
