We had the privilege of working with Todd Pearl as our broker/realtor for the sale of our home in North Torrance. We decided to work with Todd because even though I am a licensed agent myself, I knew we needed someone supremely knowledgable to be in our corner to navigate the sale of our house and the purchase of another home (out of state), all while my wife and I transitioned jobs and took care of two young children at home. From staging, to pricing/marketing to deftly navigating multiple offers using some sort of negotiation wizardry I haven’t seen, Todd provided level-headed sound counsel and represented us as a true fiduciary.
