We had the privilege of working with Todd Pearl as our broker/realtor for the sale of our home in North Torrance. Todd was very patient with us. This was our first home and it took us a year to finally get an offer accepted in this competitive market. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and gave us honest opinions and advice about the homes we were interested in making an offer for. Todd helped us purchase our first home. He supported us through a secondary inspection on the first property we wanted which showed a massive hidden mold problem in the walls which the sellers weren't willing to take care of and found us an even better house for our needs.
