Todd was very patient with us. This was our first home and it took us a year to finally get an offer accepted in this competitive market. Todd helped us purchase our first home. This was the second time my husband and I worked with Todd, and our first time having him list our house for sale. We decided to work with Todd again because we had a great experience with him when we bought our home in Redondo Beach. We made the right choice. The sale of our home was so easy and stress free. I was impressed at how quickly he was able to get everything accomplished. Within 10 days, we had multiple offers. Todd uses Docusign so we didn’t have to physically meet up to sign paperwork . It made our lives so much easier as we both have busy schedules. Buying a home in the Redondo Beach/Torrance area, you need a very experienced, skilled realtor. The market is so competitive and it was really nice having a realtor who knew what he was doing. He knows the area and the realtors in the area so we were notified about houses before they even hit the market. Todd is very flexible about when he can meet up to show a house. He was able to work with our busy schedules to show us everything we wanted to see. Without his persistence and fast acting, we may not have gotten our offer accepted. Again, everything (except the final paperwork that had to be notarized) was done through Docusign making the transaction very easy. Todd goes above and beyond as a great realtor. Aside from selling our house and helping us buy our new one, being a local Redondo Beach resident, he has great recommendations for just about anything.
