We had to list our home for sale under very stressful and emotional circumstances, and Colleen was there to support us every step of the way. It was a difficult and complicated transaction as we had several renters on our multi-unit property that needed to be communicated with at all times to make sure that everyone was aware of all showings, inspections, and timelines. I can't imagine any other realtor that would have been able to balance so many obstacles and personalities throughout the entire process. We will always be sincerely grateful for her time, effort, and expertise in navigating and helping us complete this process.
