But Lynn was undaunted and enthusiastic and told me a story of a home (haunted house I guess would be a better description) that gave me total confidence in her ability to get the property sold. She scheduled an open house and found a buyer the first weekend and sold it “as is”. She was very communicative from start to finish and dealt with the long-time occupant which was a very emotional issue for me.
