Lynn Lord is the most professional realtor I have ever encountered.

I would have thought that the condition of the property that I inherited would have scared anyone away. But Lynn was undaunted and enthusiastic and told me a story of a home (haunted house I guess would be a better description) that gave me total confidence in her ability to get the property sold. She scheduled an open house and found a buyer the first weekend and sold it “as is”. She was very communicative from start to finish and dealt with the long-time occupant which was a very emotional issue for me. She resolves challenges in such a calm and confident manner and I continue to consult with her on real estate matters. Lynn Lord is exceptional!
